Group Supported Employment
< Back to Services

Group Supported Employment places small groups of people (8 or less) to work in community businesses. A Nova staff member provides daily training and support to the group employees. Our staff member also educates the host company employees about the needs of people with disabilities and how to accept them as co-workers. This program provides individuals the opportunity to earn consistent money, make new friends, and gain skills toward independence.
