We have been contracting work with Nova Services for the past three years. When we first approached Nova about doing work for us, we were motivated by a desire to "do something good for the community." What we have discovered is that our relationship with Nova has been one of financial benefit to US Marine Corporation also.

Nova has been able to provide us with quality parts, at a price equal to, or less than we can build the parts ourselves. By subcontracting some of the work out, we are able to utilize our employees' time more effectively, concentrating their efforts on the more complicated assemblies. Our company saves money by doing that.

Probably the most surprising aspect of partnering with Nova has been the quality of the work their employees produce. Hundreds of thousands of parts have been produced without an error. That remarkable quality record is a direct reflection of the dedicated supervision that Nova provides for their employees.

How many employers can honestly say they have employees who get upset if they can't come to work every day? The Nova personnel consider themselves to be US Marine employees. They actually get upset if we don't have work for them. What is that kind of enthusiasm worth to you, Mr. Employer?

We will continue to contract with Nova, and look for opportunities to expand our business relationship with them. I truly believe that companies who are not looking at this community resource are missing a tremendous opportunity to improve their bottom line, and the community they live in.

Hi there, my name is Ivan Day, I'm the president of Plus Manufacturing. We are located in Spokane Washington. We've been working with Nova Services for over 7 years in their facility where we've had our bottling plant set up. Nova produces our liquid division of our soap free product and we distribute it all over the world.
